Eric Urbany

Hi, I’m Eric Urbany, founder of Ever Forward Fitness! Growing up as an athlete, I was no stranger to gyms and training, but I often felt frustrated by the one-size-fits-all approach used in team sports. After high school, when the structured workouts ended, I found myself lost in the gym, unsure of how to train effectively on my own. Without a clear plan, my progress stalled, and eventually, I stopped going altogether.

Over time, I became uncomfortable in my own skin and knew I needed to make a change. When I returned to the gym, this time with a plan and a drive to educate myself, everything clicked. What started as a journey to build confidence turned into a lifelong passion that transformed not only my body but also my mindset, health, and understanding of human potential. I realized that fitness isn’t just about appearance—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and in control of your own life. Transitioning from training as an athlete to bodybuilding, I discovered the power of discipline, dedication, and personal growth.

Now, through Ever Forward Fitness, my mission is to help others experience that same transformation. I believe in personalized training that empowers individuals to push limits, build confidence, and achieve more than they thought possible. As my business grows, I’m committed to creating a supportive community where every client feels challenged, motivated, and unstoppable. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to help you move forward on your own journey!

Rashid Socarras

With over 9 years in the fitness world and the last 4 devoted to professional coaching, I’ve come to believe that true progress starts with understanding, not just of training, but of people.

I’m a certified OPEX CCP and USAW Level One coach, my approach has been shaped by both hands-on experience and a deep commitment to continued education. Early in my journey, I realized that coaching isn’t just about writing workouts — it’s about connection, clarity, and consistency.

Here’s what I believe in as a coach:

• Meeting my clients where they are

• Understanding the person in front of me — not just their goals, but their life

• Creating a clear, personalized plan with a deep “why” behind it

• Communicating openly and effectively

• Leading from the front. I will never ask you to do something I don’t personally believe in and practice myself

Fitness looks different for everyone, and it should. For some, it’s competing in weightlifting or pushing the limits of their physical ability. For others, it’s hiking, cycling, golfing, or simply being strong and confident enough to pick up your kids. No matter what “freedom through fitness” looks like to you, I can help you take the first step.

If you’re unsure where to start or what lies ahead, that’s okay, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My goal is to guide you not just through the beginning, but to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to sustain your journey for the long run.

Let’s build something that lasts.
