At CoreFitness RVA, each Personal Trainer brings a unique skill set to support a wide range of training methodologies including functional training, strength development, mobility-focused workouts, and performance based training to meet you where you are. Whether you're a beginner, returning after injury, or ready to push your limits, our inclusive, supportive environment makes fitness accessible and effective for all.

One-on-One Personal Training:

Individualized training and nutrition coaching. Our trainers offer a variety of pricing options and scheduling availability.

Small-Group Training:

Pump - A small group functional training program focused on increasing strength and range of motion, building lean muscle, and gaining new awareness of your body. Maximum 4 person group. Small group training is a month to month subscription of 4, 8, or unlimited sessions per month.
